In 2025 and 2026, Sunitha has consecutively received the Titan 100 CEO St. Louis Award. This recognition is presented annually to 100 CEOs in the St. Louis area who demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, and influence within their industries.

In 2022, Sunitha received the St. Louis Women of Achievement Award which is the metropolitan region’s oldest ongoing program dedicated to honoring the leadership of women and their volunteer services.
